The last set was hard. The hardest part about deadlifting for reps is keeping form tight. My form was admittedly off on the second rep and that screwed me for more reps. Not that I went into the set feeling stellar though.

Today’s gonna be pretty quick. Push press, strict press, CG bench, and some tris. Probably do some back work too. Most likely in my street clothes lol.
