The next two training days are as listed:
deadlift/back work
strict press/bench assistance
I’m just trying to decide which to do today if either.

I don’t have a set-in-stone schedule. I just lift whenever I want, but you guys probably already know this.

No training today folks. It looks like it’ll be Friday and Saturday then.

So after I get a 405 touch and go bench and a 600 dead, I’m going to start prep work for Sheiko #29. This is a big deal for me because I’ve never committed to a long-term program. Mainly because it stopped being fun. This isn’t a job. I’m not getting paid for this, so there’s no point in doing something I don’t enjoy for the sake of gains that I could get another way that I do enjoy. Sheiko appeals to me, so I’m going to give it an honest try for at least a year (like Det recommends) after I reach my current goals and see how it plays out.

At least a year is a solid commitment! I’m sure however you train, you’ll kill it though. Strongly suspect this.
