It does a bit, since if you were my height (5ft10) you would probably be 230+. Great weight for 5ft8, nice.

So I did neural charge type stuff the night before my last session because I couldn’t sleep. Just pushups and six inches. Well my joints thanked me afterwards. My wrists, elbows, and shoulders felt much better and my injured knee popped. It probably also contributed to the smooth session I had as well as the PRs. I keep doing it.

Found out earlier today that the chain for my neck harness doesn’t fit through the plates I have at home, so I’m more limited in the neck work I can do at home. Shit I just had an idea. Nevermind.

Squats and deads tomorrow

I have an idea (a few actually but one in particular that stands out in my mind) for later in the week. I don’t know if anyone has ever done it before, so I’m not sure how effective it’ll be in practice. I already have doubts, but I think it’ll at least fun to try.

475x3 PR Went a little deeper on these I normally do. Again I know I had more in me. Could’ve gotten five. I’ll slowly growing more confident in my own strength. I know these were some pretty big jumps but it didn’t really bother me much.
