For whatever reason… I knew you were like 17/18 when you were posting… must have seen it somewhere… but only in the past couple of months did it become clear your a strong mofo.

I’ve been lurking around this log for a while. Pretty impressive stuff up in here man. I hope to be that strong when I get that age too! Ha, ha…keep doin’ wurk dude.

Can’t go today aaargh. I’ll redeem myself with shitload of neck work and tear it up when I get back to school.

Where are you at now? It’s not easy and it’s going to take some heart, but it is definitely doable.

I’ve had a lot of stall points: summers where I had no money for the gym and had to improvise, a month long period where we weren’t allowed in the local college weight room, the time when I did crew. All within the past year and half or so and I still made tremendous progress. If I can do it, you can do it too.

Let’s see, my current “big” PRs are:

455x4 sumo (no belt)

225x3 CG paused bench, (245 and 225x3 TnG pinky on ring two days ago…1st time doing it really, going to get
better soon with training)

160x2 strict press (from floor)

I don’t have a rack to squat in, but I have done zerchers from the floor. My best is 320x5 easy w/ no belt and paused. I’m not doing them now because I’m DLing 2x/week.

I’m 16 Y/O and by current BW is between 205 - 210.

Yeah man, I learned that whenever I got this one-week pass to a gym with a rack. My form was so bad that I got pinned with 255, although five days later I did 315 for a single as well as 275x9 two days after that. It was progressing extremely rapidly, though. GOD I wish I could have stayed. I also front squatted 265 ATG for a single there as well. By now you probably figured out that I don’t own a belt. :stuck_out_tongue: Damnit, forgot to mention all of that before! lol!

I’m old so my age judgment cappabilities are skewed. I figured early twenties. Maybe 23-24
