That’s a hell of a lot of different bodyparts for one session doing work at good training weights. Impressive

Yeah I’m pressed for time, so I’m just trying to get a lot of work in before Thanksgiving break.
Yesterday
pullups
50 total
high pull/pendlay row
used straps
155x3/5
195x3/5
215x3/5
tbar rows
1platex10
2platesx10
3platesx8
4platesx8
5platesx8 2 rep PR
abs
checked scale … 218lbs
this week at home will just be easy stuff
20-30 pullups a day
neck work
maybe some pushups
maybe a day of high volume strict pressing
If I can get to the gym once, I’ll do some beltless squats (since I left my belt and sleeves at the dorm), leg press, and maybe some incline bench
beltless is the way to go. I haven’t used one since 2005. My back thanks me.
I know deep down that I need a stronger core
can’t find the hook to my pullup bar lol oh well
Squat (beltless)
135x5
225x4
315x3
335x3
375x10 PR this was a challenge but not really that hard I probably could’ve got 15 if I was crazy
did some calves afterwards (I’m going to start hitting them everyday)
Strict press
135x5
185x2
just light and easy stuff
Incline bench
135x10
225x3
again just light and easy trying to keep my pressing primed
V-handle low rows (I love this exercise)
multiple sets of 15-20
Nice squats… I see a 4 plate widowmaker in the next year or so of your training
Nice squats and overal progress man ![]()

I could probably get 6-8 reps with 405 without a belt right now
For a little perspective around this time last year, my bench was 265, my squat was 405, my press was like 170, and my deadlift was 425 @ a bodyweight of around 190-194. Now I’m 25lbs heavier, my bench 345-350, my squat 515-520, my press is 225+, and my deadlift is around 540ish (kilo plates). I’ve also gained a little over an inch to both arms, about a half an inch or so to my forearms, about an inch and half to both thighs, and my traps/back/erectors/shoulders/pecs are substantially thicker and I have an upper chest now.

Ridicilious… amazing work. I hope I make as much progress as that in the next year. I’d be a very happy man…

you just have to keep putting in the work and not be afraid to either step up to what seems too great a challenge or pull back to fight another day
