Whats your age and weight Alpha I mean seriously man you could seriously be nationally topped rank easily if your not already.
Well, I Just turned 34 Monday, 6’ 230lbs. I compete in MMA at 205, I have done 1 Strongman Comp (April2104 - 1st Place finish) and have never done a powerlifting meet mainly because I don’t know anything about form and the gear guys use. My current gym PR’s are the 500lb bench you just watched, a 605 squat (No Belt or wraps or anything) and a 645lb Sumo dead and a 635lb Conv Dead 9Both with a belt.
I have never trained with a team or even a partner. I’d like to get involved but I am not completely sure how or where I should start.
Alpha you need to find a gym or some one Raw with Knee wraps your 700+ Squatter, 500+ Bencher, and 650 puller easily with just a few months of peak and tech work. That’s 1850 almost 1900 if all goes well. That’s elite by any standard and quals you to compete at RUM8 no problem.
Damn alpha may have beat me on this one but here we go anyway haha…
