I <3 sales.
Hmm I’m looking at the bands on EFS now. Shall I or shan’t I… heh heh
Maybe I shall and be as cool as you.

I like your craftiness, very resourceful.

What’s this I hear about a singlet?

I’m trying, damnit! Deload this week, must keep my head thinking it’s a deload, not a “feels fine, let’s push it” week.[/quote]

You know, I don’t know how much I agree with a mandatory deload. If you feel you can push it, you should. You have to capitalize on the days when you feel ‘strong,’ no?

Crafty indeed!

HAHAHAHAHA! That’s awesome! HAHAH!

dude! I have to catch up on so much in here - sorry for the multiple posts. But i just wanted to say that i think greg’s got the idea. Perhaps you sir, should be doing what your lady likes to do. :stuck_out_tongue:

Just wanted to drop in and say HI

And my husband likes to spend hours doing puzzles. I hate puzzles. I don’t do puzzles. It’s okay to have each his own thing too you know.

does everyone in the world besides me have super cool bands that make their training sessions extra awesome?!?! Im so jelly

Nikki, I have to be crafty, I’m the son of an engineer so it’s in my blood!

Masch, I don’t know where you heard that :stuck_out_tongue: I’m going to do my meet in sweats with a headband. Sexy, right? Also, I don’t deload “regularly”, I’m just trying to back off this week because my lifts haven’t been going anywhere and think a deload before a 3 week ramp up with 1 more deload prior to the meet next month will be beneficial. We’ll see! Aaaand, I do some things that my wife does, hence the half marathon. You think I did that because I wanted to? You crazy!

N, hey there, I agree that everyone can and should have at least 1 thing that is “theirs”. If it’s a shared interest, that’s just a bonus. Puzzles, like a regular 1000 peice puzzle you put together? Or like word puzzles?

Greg, go to elitefts.com, store, accessories, bands and tubing, and buy some bands (sold individually, btw). They’re not hard to set up, just “think” a little and you can figure it out. DO IT!

LWI!

<--------has cool bands. And likes’em too. Should prolly start using them again.

I wanna get chains tho~

Chains are just bad-ass

^ chains are ridic sexah.

puzzles = 1000 pieces of cardboard strewn over my kitchen table for a week. I’ll try to place one every once in a while but the pleasure of the challenge elludes me. especially since when it’s finally done he just throws it all back in the box. That was how many hours to gain what exactly?

Yeah chains are bad ass, though not something I’d drag to the gym to use.

Puzzles don’t fascinate me in any way, and can remain in their box!

Well, didn’t lift last night, due to extreme heartache. Last night I sold my bike, the bike that brought so much joy into my heart every time I cracked the throttle. Even after I laid her down in Colorado, and almost died (true story) she ran hard and strong. Due to a couple of factors, I wound up selling it and will miss that thing for a long time. I’ll get another bike someday, when my girls are more grown up and all that, and I can’t wait for that day.

But, on a lighter note, I received my brand new Inzer Forever Lever belt a few minutes ago, and can’t wait to set it up to blast some PR’s. This thing’s easily twice as thick as the BB style belt I’ve used recently, so it’ll be a lot more stiff and = more power. After an “easy” weekend where I go light on military, squat, and bench, I’ll be kicking off a three week assault on increasing lifts, before the big day comes on March 27.

Also, tomorrow I was going to “officially” weight myself, as it’s 1 week after I was 199.6 (I think it was) but I hopped on this morning just because, and was greeted with a 198.0. Looks like this am fasted cardio works for me. Hawt abs, here I come! haha!

Oh no!! I love bikes. I mean, LOVE them. And guys who ride bikes are the coolest AND hottest. My HS boyfriend used to pick me up from school on bikes that he would steal. Sigh. Such a romantic. A lifting belt is cool too though…so yeah…Glad you didn’t die!

YAY for hawt abz! I like fasted cardio too, but you know me, I eat a la warrior.

LWI!

Surely you’ve seen pics of said bike, no? I might have to post some in here, in memory of Suzy

Best. Picture. Ever.

.

Helmets save lives

Damn, not working, maybe they’ll appear later.

sorry to hear bout losing the toy…but having kids makes up for it.

AND…there’s always time for toys when they grow up…

Hang in there brudda~
