those who are dissing the article cause it was in muscular development: it was part of a series of articles called “muscle form+function”, which was one of the best kinesiology/anatomy articles I ever read. besides this article and a michael johnson interview you can trash this issue, but the wisdom is to find jems in the garbage, not in the gem shop (t-mag).
