So I separated my shoulder when I was snowboarding and had surgery on it, so I am out of the lifting game for at least 4 months. Im very limited on what I can do, meaning I cant use my right arm at all. I workout with a sling on.

I have been doing this for a few weeks now. I know it looks bad. My legs have gotten way bigger than they were before, and I already had bigger legs than most people I know. Any help on improving my routine would be great.
I’m trying to get my legs as big as possible and at the same time cutting to get as lean as possible.
