I was reviewing some past articles and was reading Dr. Jones’ article on Protein Cycling. Now I know it didn’t go over well but it was interesting about the beneficial effects of hospital patients who recived glutamine in an injectable form. Since most oral glutamine is used by the stomach and intestines, injecting it skips this process. I know this is extreme, but theoretically, would it be possible to put powdered glutamine in an injectable form, and if so, would there be great benefit for a natural lifter?
Also, does taking normal glutamine (not peptides) between meals really have the benefit of a 300% increase in GH, if this is so it seems that it would be a beneficial supplement to aid in fat loss between meals, when it should be taken as GH is a potent fat burner, at least in assisting in the physiological actions that take place to promote lipolysis.
