I started a bulk about 2 weeks ago.
My weight went from 168lbs to 175lbs in 2 weeks!
I was eating between 3,000-3,500 calories and started creatine. Before this, I was on a cut eating only 2,000 calories so this is actually my first bulk.
Is this normal? Am I eating too much?
So my maintenance went from 2500 to 2800 when I started TRT. Suddenly I was losing nearly 2lbs on 2000 calories. so I’m assuming a 3,250 calories would be a somewhat lean bulk?
