Infinite Shore: How Do You Train?

Good, can check that one off my bucket list then.

So Infinite, you asked me in another thread “DYEL?”

Can you give a guestimate as to where you bulked up to bodyfat wise in each phase and what your post-lean phase was like?[/quote]

I hope you took that as a joke from my side.

Dunno about bf%, but it got ugly at the end of the last two bulks. It was mostly my own fault 'coz I ate more than Shelby asked for and didn’t do all the cardio. However, he “allowed” me to get fat - only thing I didn’t like about his coaching approach. First bulk with Shelby was awesome 'coz I followed the plan to the T.

I honestly laughed when I read it. That phrase is rampant across the gaming world - and I always get to happily say yes. Another favorite is “douth thou hoist?” If you like the old English vernacular.

Hope to be starting my Shelby bulk come January. From my understanding of what you’re saying Shelby’s bulk plan is solid if its followed, if you cheat then you’ll gain more fat. And Shelby didn’t really comment when you got “fat” on your one bulk? What did he say when it came time to cut? Who decided the cut/bulk routine, was it an agreed to thing between you and Shelby or did you basically drive the whole time and he just gave you the information to make it happen?

As others said, very impressive legs. As a lagging bodypart for me, I’m very impressed!

Thanks for the detailed write up infinite.A good solid build and some crazy big quads.

legs are ridiculous
back looks good too
definitely needs more bro work but that’ll come with time I’m sure

Back pic.

Good Stuff!

I used the machine below for the first time this week. Guess what, best pec stimulation I ever experienced in any pressing movement. The angle and movement path is just great for me. Excited since my pecs suck.

Not sure if it’s a common machine, since I’m not familiar with gym equipment.

fun fact: the Ferrari designr works on those machines. Only a few ridiculously rich people in the US have those machines.

Really? Well, the model we have has a different color finish but otherwise looks exactly the same and is also from the same company. I can’t believe our gym owner paid a lot for it

There must be similar machines from different brands, no?

IS, looks like it’s time to hit up dat butt blaster.

You have white boy glutes. The wimminz don’t like white boy glutes.

yup, you’re in Europe though correct? The import costs from Italy must be a lot less over there. I’m assuming the Ferrari designer was just involved with the upholstery. Everything Panatta is supposed to be the best as far as getting that “MMC”

Nice wheels!

Today I think I figured out how to properly perform sumo deadlifts and I got a massive glute pump. Never get these. I can get it sore as hell with heavy walking lunges but not really pumped up. Might explain why they are underdeveloped. Anyway, I’m not too excited about glute hypertrophy but rather having figured out a possible way to get my abysmal deadlift up.

Btw, my gf thinks my ass is too big already.

ps: Makes me wonder who the fuck needs those stupid hip thrusts that Contreras pimps so hard.

Do you do glute activation drills before lifting?

No. Tried them in the past and found them useless. That is in line with my belief that execution/form/setup dictates muscle activation. My experience with the sumo deadlift today is a perfect example of that. With proper cueing/setup my glutes worked like crazy. No amount of glute activation exercises would have made that happen with improper setup/cueing.

thick dick bro.

How motherfucking common do you think a 600lb deadlift is?

Thanks, I ran a 6-week spec phase in the beginning of the year. Lots of pump stuff, volume, and stretching. I can pm you the program.

Weeeeel, thing is I think I have the “potential” to pull 300kg+ for some time now, if I would just figure out the right setup.
