Indigo Project Hypertrophy question

So on the Indigo project main page (Vital Whole Human - T NATION), all I see are the programs. There are no additional PDFs explaining things like length of phase. Am I missing something?

Also, hypertrophy, phase I, day 1, Part III confuses me. It seems to say that E1 and E2 are pre-fatigue for F and that F1 and F2 are pre-fatigue for G, except there’s no G. Ummm, huh?

Any and all help appreciated.
