Indigo Next Phase?

I completed the 1st phase of the Indigo Strength Workout 4 week program on Saturday. Is it advisable to go right into to the 2nd phase of the workout today? I’m pumped to start but just question if 8 weeks of Squat, Deadlift, Bench 4x weekly is OK without a week of changeup in between

Yes, go right into Phase 2, each Phase builds to the next phase, so the phases work in conjunction with each other. There is no need to take any breaks.

Doing the big basic lifts frequently and not changing things up constantly is how you become more efficient and improve those lifts, not just the illusion of improvement. Follow the program as is and you will definitely be pleased with your progress, its a solid one, CT doesn’t mess around.
