As I am coming to the end of my first year of Coaching with Amit, so many things and people to be thankful for.

I am now the smallest I have been in 10-YEARS!!!

I will have a one-year write to post on May 1st, where I am committed to continuing with his AWESOME coaching.

I am down 84 POUNDS of scale weight.

Recently learned that I have Lipodema and am working hard to figure out how to successfully battle this little bump in my transformation journey.

I have taken a new set of photo’s with much smaller/tighter clothes to really show off what I have, how far I have come, and the work that is left to do. Mine is a journey to a healthier and a better version of me than I was yesterday. These photo’s will get shared just like all my other’s, but not yet. grin emoticon LOL

Just a couple of quick thank you’s:

TUESDAY, APRIL 19, 2016

Today’s training consisted of Back, Bi’s and High Clean Pulls from Floor. Got the heart rate up there pretty good. Awesome session today.

I love these High Clean Pulls. I’m pretty sure that’s why I have such nice traps developing.

This picture is showing a loss of 86lbs from scale and a loss of 60 total inches from the body.

Gotta love the faces that come with Deadlifts. LOL.

Today marks my ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY with Amit Sapir as my Coach.

I am down 90lbs and 60 inches. Now to work on the next 90lbs. OH YEAH.

Today also marks the FIVE YEAR ANNIVERSARY with T-Nation/Biotest and the beginning of the INDIGO-3G project. Here is a 5-Year comparison pic as well.

I wanted to do a really nice write up, but words just won’t come at this time, just tears of joy.

Working on my Squat Depth, Back position and of course the Squat Face.

How low can you go?

Friday was another Squat day so I wanted to compare a pic from that training day to one from the week before. Checking to see if I can get lower yet. Well I did. Set the pictures side-by-side, making sure that the stuff on the wall behind me is completely lined up. Drew a line between the two pictures for the depth check …and …

VIOLA

A nice little 1/2 inch gain on depth.

This is only six-months post knee surgery!

Now that I seem to be hitting depth, will work on VOLUME. Than I will work on transferring all this over to a regular bar and Squat Rack.

From today’s Leg Session:

The line indicates the 10-inch depth I am trying to get under. Today’s Squats were consistently getting below the depth line. OH YEAH!!

Here is a different type of body transformation comparison:

The bottom picture was taken from a video that I took this morning for Christiane. It blew my mind. Found a video from 2015 just before I started with Amit’s coaching. Even more blown away. Talk about a size difference.

Let me also clarify that I am a flat bencher with next to no back arch. That is all tummy sticking up on the top pic.

I had a 5lb scale loss this week. It was 3lbs fat and 2lbs muscle. Strength levels are still pretty high. My overall loss now with Amit’s coaching…
