Indigestion and Problems W/Diet

I began trying to eat more gradually to increase my weight. I started out by drinking a smoothie in the morning with one orange, one banana, three strawberries, some flax oil, fish oil, a little orange juice, and some vitamin c powder. I stirred in some flax seed and drank that.

About an hour later I ate 1 egg plus about 4 egg whites in the morning with two pieces of whole wheat toast. I then went to work where about two hours after the eggs I ate 25 g of cashews.

About two hours later I ate about 1/4 of a tub of plain organic yogurt. Throughout this I began to gradually get an upset stomach and then began to have the worst smelling farts possible. I get constipated.

At lunch I ate a huge spinach and carrot salad with a flax oil/balsamic vinegar dressing as well as some sort of lunch item (usually chicken with peppers or something like that). Then, for dinner I’d usually have a big salad as well as some sort of other dish.

However, when I stop this supposed “healthy” eating in the morning my constipation and indigestion recede. I don’t get what is going wrong, I thought it might be a lactose intolerance problem with the yogurt (I’ve never been diagnosed with it nor thought I had it before). But it’s strange that whenever I eat healthily (especially green vegetables) I end up farting a lot and getting constipation. How do I stop this and does anyone have any tips.
