Indian Clubs

Wish I could get them as cheap here in rip off Britain. Man everything is so expensive in the UK. Really does piss me off.

Go and get some hardwood (I used ironbark it a heavy Australian hardwood) and find someone who can use a wood lathe and have a wooden pair made.

Or go to a metal fabrication shop and ask if they have any think metal offcuts and would they put it on the metal lathe and have a clubbell made that way.

Both should be cheap options.

Its not “just” because there clubbells or kb’s - try pricing up a good quality olympic set or fixed dumbell set. Also, i can voutch for stan pikes kit. I have several bits of his and he is QUALITY - he also does bespoke furniture - google him to have a look.
Its worth investing and he’s not a million miles from the border. Ring him and pay him a visit and stop pussying about.

For what it would cost to have kettlebells made you could look into taking a trip to Eastern Europe or Russia and get some kettlebells. I hear that they’re dirt cheap over there, but it’s the shipping that kills you – it could end up being cheaper to make the journey from Scotland. I corresponded with an American who lived in Germany who had a friend who regularly travelled to Russia and would just give him KBs for free. The American, in turn, ended up having so many of the same weight that he was willing to give them away for free if I could find a way to ship them over. Unfortunately, the shipping cost was equal to the price of a kettlebell in the U.S.

You may also want to check this guy out. He is based on Estonia and frequently has antique KBs for sale on ebay. He may be able to hook you up with some plain-old non-antique KBs. Although I personally have not done any business with him, I have heard that he is good to work with.
