diet day 28:
150g whey, apple, 1+lb steak, 2 bagels, 1/2 gallon whole milk, small chicken pad thai. Gallon water.

day 29 am fasted cardio, squats and 30mg dbol pwo. This was my seventh consecutive day squatting.

Joints are fucked. I’ve been running ~.33mg/day and may back that off to eod. It’s pretty bad. I look great though but I don’t need ask that, I’ll bump it up to .5 eod if gyno symptoms return. Back to 20mg nolva/day again.

Diet day29:
100g whey, 75g waxy, 2 cups berries, 10" dbl steak dbl chess dbl bacon cheesesteak, large gyro platter, ~90 Oz whole milk, several chocolate chip cookies.

I think you made a mistake getting on supps so soon relatively to where you were at before you started your first cycle. You should have cleaned up the diet, dedicated time to understanding your body beforehand and THEN possibly getting on supps if you evaluated you’d get better gains weighted against the costs of using (like money and time).

You should’ve gotten fucked.

Diet day 30: 150g whey, orange juice, 4 eggs, cheese, 10oz steak, lots of seafood, lots of beer.

Merry Christmas everyone!

Weight has picked up substantially. Weighed 210 this morning after under-feeding yesterday. Catching some bloat in the face, though that’s probably all from the heavy beer. I’ve only had about 6 drinks since Thanksgiving but got it in yesterday. My liver’s a champ.

Hanging with the family for Christmas and some of them got sick. I don’t think I caught a full blown illness but my appetite and energy levels have sucked today. Going to be tough getting enough food in. Still getting my 30mg dbol a day, split into three doses, and pinned another 250 of HCG this afternoon. Feeling run down regardless. Haven’t been under 300g protein/day since I started, but today may be that day. I’m laying on the couch and sucking down whole milk in an effort to close the gap.

Squatting tommorrow AM before heading off to see more family. The shoulders have appreciated the time off. If only I’d dedicated more time to understanding my body…

diet day 31:
125g whey, 1/2 gallon milk, 4 chicken sausages, bowl of raisin bran, not nearly enough food, not nearly enough water.

Well, I’m still 210+ which is unbelievable. My left knee and hip were pretty bothered today though which threw my lifting off. I lifted like a bodybuilder today. Pump and leave. It feels wrong. At least in this hormonal environment I’ll add weight regardless. I’d love to not feel so damn beat up and attack some heavy shit like a man. I don’t like the drugs doing the work for me.

I’m about as big as I care to be so I’m definitely going to add in more conditioning.

What are you doing for conditioning?

diet days 32-33: Poor. 1+ gram protein/lb bodyweight but not much more. Probably under 3000 kcal/day.

I feel like shit. Happy Holidays, right? Need to get some groceries and double down. I look good though, weighing 211 now and looking leaner than when I started.

Take a look at his pic and how he approaches his diet. I don’t think he gives a shit about fat. With more than 2600 posts you’re opinion should hold more value, and I’m 10 years older than you, which doesn’t mean shit in this forum.

I guess I officially start my sixth week on Sunday but had my 6th injection tonight. Another 1.3ml/~400mg all at once. Right quad, anterior medial. Injecting has gotten remarkably easy and quick. I don’t waste a drop of oil, the injection is clean and painless and the soreness is almost nonexistant. I think I’ll stick with one injection per week. Next week is my last injection with this oil though so if the new stuff is brutal then I’ll go back to splitting the dose. 30mg dbol all at once tonight. I think I’m rolling with that dose from now on as well.

diet day 34:
200g whey, 2cups berries, banana, coconut, 75g waxy, 64oz gatorade, gallon water, 2 grilled KFC breasts, small side of green beans, chicken wings, brussels sprouts, chobani yogurt.

diet day 35:
150g whey, 2 cups berries, coconut, small roast beef sandwich, 1lb salmon, lots of spinach, 750ml red wine, 2 qt gatorade, gallon water.

Diet has been in the shitter for a few days but cutting back on the dairy and calories sharpened me right up. I’m enjoying the last of the holidays and will be adding more veggies and home-cooked meats beginning next week. Probably off the milk indefinitely. Apparently, I snore like a freight train these days and milk’s been the culprit in the past.

Diet day 36:
200g whey, 75g waxy, 2cups berries, coconut, banana, 8oz ground beef, tortillas, sour cream and cheese, chicken wings, 16oz milk, pint of stout, pint of cider.

Dropping the adex way back. I haven’t gotten any sensitivity in the nips and my joints hurt too much to justify it for any other sides. I’m not able to train like I want to with my joints acting up so it’s time to embrace the dbol bloat. Haven’t gotten on the scale in a few days but then I’ve been way underfed so I dread the number. Still looking consistently better though. I’m starting to develop some upper chest mass for the first time ever.

diet day37:
50g whey, IHOP big steak omlette and pancakes, chipotle chicken burrito bowl, 12oz whole milk, chips and salsa, LOTS of alcohol.

diet day 38:
100g whey, boston cream donut, 1.5lbs salmon, peas and carrots, chips and salsa, 8oz 80-proof liquor with a cream soda.

The last 1-1.5 weeks have been a shit show. I hit a few small PRs in the gym but didn’t get in many workouts that I would expect to create a lasting adaptation. My diet has been awful and I’ve just generally dropped the ball. 'Tis the season, right? Well, I’m back at it tomorrow. I have at least enough meat in fridge to keep me fed until the weekend and I plan like hell to make the most of these last 6.5 weeks.

Through the first five weeks I learned that - in this hormonal environment - I can eat my usual bulking diet and not only gain 100% lean mass but drop a bit of fat in the process. I’m taking that a step further and dropping the whole milk, alcohol and a few other things, focusing on a recomp at my current weight.

I backed off the adex (again) and my nipples came right back (again). I’m trying not to let that bother me and to just train with this minimal joint pain. I’m still on 20mg/day nolva. If joint pain means that I can’t push big weights often, what’s the point of all this?

Maybe try dropping the Nolva and just run the adex and see how your joints feel.

Agreed. Arimidex and SERM’s have anti-synergistic relationship, meaning the presence of both subtracts from the effects of each.

diet day 39:
175g whey, 75g waxy maize, 2 cups berries, banana, coconut, 12" tortilla, 1lb tilapia, 0.5lb ground beef, chobani yogurt, lots of veggies.

diet day 40:
175g whey, 75g waxy maize, 2 cups berries, banana, apple, coconut oil, 1lb tilapia, 0.5lb ground beef, chobani yogurt, lots of veggies.

My joints are too beat up - even with the test e and dbol - to push the weights I want to, so I may as well look good. Bodyweight has dropped off considerably through the holidays. Down to 208 (+10lbs) again. Cleaning up the diet, layering in more conditioning and seeing where I’m at in a few days. I’ll add more food to keep the scale moving up, aiming for +15lbs total off the cycle. If I hold on to 10lbs, drop a bit of fat, and get my lungs back I’ll be pleased with this thing. That would actually be magical. Given my current appearance, I’d say I’m about a month from 10-12% bf naturally. Hopefully I can get there without dropping strength or scale weight on the gear.

Thoughts (about) half way through:

The only real strength boost I’ve noticed has been in the standing shoulder press - which for me has always correlated more strongly with my bodyweight than any other exercise. To be honest, I’m nonplussed. The bodycomp improvements are remarkable but all told, I’m not impressed. I think any cycles I may do in the future will be for fat loss. The prospect of eating enough to maintain 220+lbs off cycle doesn’t exactly thrill me, and the mythical recovery improvements haven’t materialized.

That having been said, I’ve got what should be the most productive half of the cycle ahead of me. The dose goes up to 500mg next week and six weeks of the test at full gallop should be fun. Only 10 days of dbol left but I’ll be happy to be rid of the sides. If that allows me to throttle back the adex, and “puff up” my joints a bit, this may be a magical few weeks.

I’ll bro this thing out properly and throw a pic up tomorrow after the gym. Expect a wife-beater, haters. I’m tired of the fucking diet criticism when I look legitimately jacked in clothes. It’s January for Christ’s sake.

I personally like your diet. The lack of Five Guys fries was a brief concern.
