Kinda, Five Guys has their usual burger but you can add an extra patty for about $1. They always throw a slice of cheese on there too. I think the fries might happen soon enough. I’ve got a terrible appetite so it’s everything I can do to get down the burger. I definitely need to be eating more though. I love their seasoned fries.
Played with pins this morning. Tried to load a 29g slin pin with oil. I got about 1ml in there before I gave up. Shot that in the left tear drop then did my scheduled 0.6ml in the side of that quad. Didn’t heat up the oil again and went a little faster on the injection. Definitely more soreness this way. Turino slin pins suck btw. Not nearly sharp enough for IM and not “smooth”.
I’ve gotten over any apprehension about lancing and blasting the hcg now though. The Turinos do fine with the thin skin of the belly when I don’t hesitate to cram it in there fast. Was supposed to pin this evening but I’ll have things to do so I hit it early.
I’m waiting on some blood work to come back for lipids and liver values. Back on the dbol again, but I’m trying all of it at once. With such a short half-life, the blood levels are much higher taking it all at once, though they fall off quickly. I’m going to try this for a while.
If I seem to benefit from less for longer (ie splitting the dose in 3) then I’ll go back to that. Splitting it give me a good active dose for over 12hrs (8.5mg-17.5mg peaks) but having 30mg up front has to be worth something, though obviously for less time.
Hopefully this will allow me to optimize pwo gluttony, taking the full dose shortly before lifting and cramming in calories while the higher dose is active.
What do you mean you gave up after loading 1 mL into a slin pin? Don’t they cap out at 1 mL? I’ve never seen one more than that. I’ve used both 1 mL and 0.5 mL and the 0.5 mL seem to work a little better since the barrel is smaller and it creates more pressure. I can see 1 mL being a problem with thicker oil.
The brand to get is BD Insulin Pins. You can buy them at CVS for like 3 bucks for a 10 pack. The quality seems to have gone down recently as I’ve broken a couple of sticks trying to push the oil in (which sucks since you pretty much lose that dose in the barrel) which never used to happen. I reuse mine, so if you just use it onc eor twice it probably is not a problem. 28 gauge
seems if i dose more than 20mg of dbol at a time i get headaches… i know my blood pressure goes crazy when i use that oral. its almost to the point for me that i wont use Dbol again…
Ha, damn VT, always catching me on my lazy dyslexia. I definitely meant 0.1ml. I like the BD pins and I wish I’d picked some more of those up. They are much sharper and slide in and out a lot easier. The Turinos seem to grab my skin as I try to remove them.
@ty, My blood pressure was 110/60 yesterday morning at the doctor’s so any BP issues should be transient. I’ll watch out for those headaches though.
I tell you what, two days into the 30mg-all-at-once and I’m picking up some good face bloat. Looked in the mirror this afternoon thinking there’s been a gyno explosion but no, everything else is swelling up quick too. This is probably the test coming on, but whatever it is, it’s noticable. I ate the shit out of some pasta the last few days so I’m not willing to attribute it entirely to the gear just yet.
Actually, it’s worth asking. Has anyone experienced gyno flare ups without increased sensitivity? I’m afraid I may be writing the increase is lower chest flab as “swelling”. There’s nothing developing behind the nipple or anything but what’s there is definitely swolen. Increasing the AI consdierably and may be dropping the dbol for good if it doesn’t back off in the next few days.
Swollen nips isn’t a sign of gyno but its a sign of estrogenic activity in the breast tissue. I tend to get swollen nips when running 50mg dbol. So to fix it ill bump my adex dose up a little higher when I run dbol and if I do start getting swollen nips, ill blast Nolva for a few days then bump up the adex
Last time I upped the nolva and the “pointiness” went away; then I decreased the adex since it was irritating my joints. This time, I’m going to blast some nolva for a few extra days and keep the adex up indefinitely. I’ll take some preworkout ibuprofen or something if I have to, but this titty situation is unacceptable. Again, I’m experiencing no sensitivity, it just seems that the existing tissue is growing.
I’m going to add a bit of fasted cardio a few times per week to maybe cut into some of this body fat. I told myself I didn’t care about having abs before I started so I didn’t worry about driving my bodyfat down. I do however care about not having tits, so this bulk may turn into a recomp. Hopefully this isn’t a waste of a first cycle but I’ve come this far and that may be the best I can do now. The long-term goal was ~210 at 10% which I may be able to come out of these 12 weeks with.
Scale’s up to 207 this morning after hanging at 204.5 for a few days, having dropped the dbol. Looking at a good 10lbs in the first month if everything stays on track.
clean up your sources a bit, hit the cardio after workouts or 1st thing in the AM atleast 3 times per week for a start, and maybe try some letro for an AI (this works better for me).
i feel much better and look much better when i keep my top 4 abs in. and you might spread the Dbol back out over the day or just use it 1hour pre workout.
just my opinion but so far im liking the clean/lean bulk much better.

They all look good. The 30mg up front is probably heavy on the sides but is what I’ll run on days I lift big once in the evening. I like 20mg up front, 10mg four hours later if I lift twice a day. Take the 20 after the first session and the 10 before the next. I’m going to run the 10x3 on days I don’t lift or just do some maintenance stuff.
Taking ~.33mg adex/day, 40mg nolva/day. Shoulders were fucked trying to bench tonight. That shit works quick. Need to figure something else out.
Damn dude you seem like an over responder for adex. Maybe try aromasin instead. Weird though cause you would think if your gettig sore joints your getting plenty adex but yet still getting puffy nips
My shoulders, wrists and elbows are like a camel carrying a ton of straw; it doesn’t take much to break them. I don’t mind the strong response. It means the stuff is working and I’d expect joint pain to creep up before any other symptoms subsided. The nipples have pretty much returned to their previous state as of this morning, so it’s all good. There’s more chest muscle behind them too, so I shouldn’t be surprised that they’re more pronounced.
I’ll probably end up going to a lot of heavy push-press work and lighter incline bench from now on. I had been doing lots of standing shoulder press and reverse grip bench to take the strain off the shoulders but now even those are out. Anyone who says you can’t get jacked with push presses and squats should stay out of the gym.
I look great today. I’ve shed quite a bit of subcutaneous water in the last few days. Adex and fasted cardio for the win! Joints feel ok too. Some light squatting was all the weight lifting I did today though, so we’ll see tomorrow. May get on that vitamin M before I lift if anything feels off.
208 this morning and after a not so huge dinner last night. If this holds up this weekend, that makes 10lbs in the first month. Not to bad for a spastic and sporadic cycle.
Got a call from the doctor today and my liver enzymes are fine. ALT is slightly elevated at 70 but that doesn’t mean a damn thing.
HOWEVER, my cholesterol is 307, LDL: 265, HDL: 20!!!
WTF! I’m not going too crazy over it. I assumed my HDL would be low, just not that low. I’ve always had high cholesterol but the HDL was always rocking. I guess 3 weeks of dbol will wreck that shit though! The total doesn’t bother me cause I know how I eat in winter mode, but good goddamn! Any encouraging words from people who’ve seen this before?
Can I ask if your on any prescription drugs? Only reason I ask is that many bipolar,anxiety, and sleeping meds really jack up your Cholesterol and HDL values. If not don’t worry about it, run some niacin during the day and it will bring your HDL up.

Slacked off on the eating. Busy day.
Shoulders were CRUSHED through my squat workout yesterday. Extremely painful, going to keep squatting but move the bar up and try to keep my shoulders happy. Body weight is still up 10lbs. Definitely starting to feel a big strength increase now too.
Wouldn’t get an opportunity to inject today, and the tuesday shot was moved up 12 hours as well, so I hit it last night. I’ll be out of town through Christmas so I did 400mg at once. 1.3ml in the right quad. I tell you what, injecting after squats is amazing! Absolutely the least soreness I’ve had since starting this thing. I didn’t heat the oil and took about 60 seconds to move all of it in there. Injecting into a full warm muscle makes a huge difference. More pain from the needle itself though.
HCG this AM as per usual. Still loads of shoulder pain when exercising, but ibuprofen kills it throughout the day. Legs are growing like crazy. Big ol’ ass developing quick. I feel like I’ll be five pounds heavier this time next week.
