I dont know what i was at. it was pretty low, i assume 7-8 by calipers? i never had it done so i dont know. here is a pic from 1 week before my BB show at 217, and 1 week before the IPA Pro at 230, where i squatted 1050 at 198… yea thaTS gotta be close to a cut record! haha

The scary thing is you don’t look that much less lean in the 230lb pic. Maybe just a little fuller…??

Was that a 24 or 48 hour weigh in by the way?? That’s a huge drop. It’s savage to have someone as high level as yourself chime in on this![/quote]

No kidding, Hanley. I’m in awe.

To the OP, I am probably the person lifting the least on this thread as well as for the least amount of time. So, take my opinion for what it’s worth. Eat more = lift more.

you kinda missed the question but thats ok

i already eat 5000 calories on average and about 300-400 grams of protein average every day

Sorry, lordstorm. I didn’t miss your question. It was just a roundabout way of me saying that it doesn’t need to be so complicated.

it was a 24 hr weigh-in. i made weight pretty easy actually, but it was the hardest i have had to work to get it all back on, i guess cause i was so lean. prolly took more out of muscles than before.

no the real scary part, is that in that 2 month time frame, i really ate mostly PBJ sandwiches and ceral and choc pro shakes with PB. oh and alot of ice cream! haha
