i didnt really know where to put this, but since im a beginner i figured why not here.
well uh, lets just say i started eating a lot more to get bigger (arent we all :]). with the increased intake of food and protein shakes im starting to have… a problem? when i shit, i feel like im trying to push out a roll of toilet paper. i just took a dump about 10 minutes ago and i wasnt even sure if i was going to be able to get the damn thing out (also quite painful) >:O.
Caffeine has helped me. Not coffee, caffeine pills such as Vivran or Wake Up. You can get them OTC but for real, I take 2 or more pills and within 5-10min I have to shit a few times.
Fiber! Fruits, vegetables, and beans are filled with fiber, and you can even get some psyllium husk from GNC and mix it in your shakes for a few extra grams.
If your eating enough food your probably getting in your fiber also.
I’m pretty sure your problem is that your not drinking enough water, aim for .5-1 gallon of water or more a day. I know around thanksgiving i didnt eat or drink much because of party food and the next day it took me forever to get it down the shitter. If you dont drink enough water, your body takes the water out of your poop.

you know, this actually might be part of it too. my water intake has been lacking a little lately. thanks
You might want to split up your meals too. If you just bumped up the calories by a bunch, and are still eating 3 times a day, that could be part of it. Plus what everyone else said: fiber (fruit helps a lot) and water.
for increased fiber, veggies, beans, or just buy “Fiber Choice” no sugar supplement… also, making Shugarts bread recipie with milled flax (75+ grams per loaf) and your all set…
Like others said though, remember, fiber is water soluable, make sure your getting a lot of water!
