well shit. i tried to save my refeed for another week but that did not work. if i do not get some sweets in my belly, i am going to unclip myself from a zip line.
day started good with some egg whites, cheese, chicken breast, primal mayo, veggies and greens.
but then i realized no refeed in 16 days plus i had this 170g xxl butter rum choco chip cookie in the freezer from “the maui cookie lady” in makawao. i also realized my fat intake has been low today so fuck it, refeed day.

then ended the day with a pint of oatly chocochip vegan ice cream
feeling pretty good. no too bloated. trained today so that helps. no fast but i needed a break. i am getting stronger and up 3lbs on scale so it was party time. back to the grind tomorrow and i think i can do 1 refeed every 10 days. once per week was giving me too much to think about.
