Incline Treadmill Walking

I’m currently cutting, aiming for around 10 lbs or so, with a combination of weights sessions and sprint sessions (around 3 of each a week). Would it hamper recovery to fit in 30-45 mins of incline treadmill walking on’off’ days, or be a beneficial add-on to take me closer to my goal?

Doesn’t even have to be on an incline:

For recovery, I’d stick with an “easy-ish” pace for 15-20 minute sessions on your off days.

If you’re looking for a calorie-burning boost, I’d wait until your progress from the weights and sprints actually slows down before adding it in. In addition to the article Badger just posted, I’d take a look at this classic piece from Cosgrove:

What’ your current height, weight, and general fat level (I don’t care about percentages. Are you pudgy, average/smooth looking, kinda lean, already pretty ripped, etc.?)
