Incline Bench vs Flat Bench (Barbell)

Which do you favor for chest development? I understand the flat bench is greatest for overall chest development , but i am more interested in having an aesthetic chest. Let me knkw what you guys think.

You are asking the wrong question. The ā€˜correct’ question is, Which is more important with regard to having an aesthetically pleasing physique: Upper chest development, or lower chest development? IMO (and yours, I infer), the answer is a no-brainer–it’s upper chest. Now, as for which exercises tend to hit the upper-chest fibers best, that will vary both from person to person, as well as a function of how an exercise is performed.
