Thanks! Yeah I tried to edit the last post and it didn’t work.
Small Update: Deadlift technique is much improved. Got my groove back. I’m going to keep improving on it. It’s going to be huge. Strict overhead press is also climbing. Knee still can’t handle squats above ~135. Checking out rehab options now (for the knee as well as my shoulder). Will probably do some strongman stuff this weekend.

It’s very virile and I do believe when you begin logging coupled with your new found strength you will unleash Quincymagma all over the fellow and folk of T-Nation and the unfortunate world. It will eventually harden and become Quincyigneous for generations of archeologists and rock-men (geodudes) to find and study. you gon fly.
