In-Season Mass ???

For the second summer in a row I’m recovering from an ACL reconstruction, which has pretty much prevented me from practicing (wrestling) at all, and all I’ve been doing is the stuff they have me doing at PT and some Upper Body stuff along with some intervals on an exercise bike. But my Physical Therapy will be over in about a month and after that point im free to hit the weights again and start training like I used to, which is pretty much all i do up at college. The only thing is that im taking red-shirt year to let my knee completely heal before i step onto a mat again , which means i dont have to worry about making weight for almost another year… my question to you guys is what kind of routine will allow me to gain size and strength but will not interfere with my afternoon practices, which can get to be really intense when we really start going after each other
