Hello all.I’m in need of a diet critique to see if maybe there is something different I could or should be doing.Typical daily intake is 225-250 grams of protein 30-50 grams carbs almost all from non-processed sources{i.e. fruits and raw veggies}and 70-90 grams fat none transfats mostly naturally occuring in the meat I eat.I spread this out over 6 meals at about 2200-2500 calories a day.I’m 6’1 244lbs.I lift 3 times a week on the 5x5 routine and do 20-30 minutes light cardio on those days and do hiit on 3 days I don’t lift, with one day as a total off day.Any ideas are appreciated.Thanks.
