Its the blood. It started when I went to donate. And I passed out before hand. Until then I was never too bad. After that - any “non emergency” situation with blood and I get all flakey. I even passed out on a nurse during a procedure my wife was having.
Cardio: every 3 mins
1 trip (10 return) with the timber (80kg) and then 10 clean and press 40kg axle.
Was going to do 4 rounds but my fore arms were killing me and I had DL later tonight.
ME dead lifts

180+ chains. Happy with this. Had more BUT I train upstairs in a terraced house. I can only be so noisy before I feel like and bad neighbour.
I was due some more DL but my grip was not holding out
FS - 4x6 - weird I wanted 120kg but I loaded 110kg as a warm up (was going to do 3 reps) and it felt that heavy I used this as my working weight. But the lat two sets felt lighter but harder. Still 4x6 at 110kg is okay. Especially after dead lifts.
Split squat 3 x 12 with 30kg
Glute pull throughts and lying hammie curls.
All over a good work out. Really enjoyed it.
Get the Mrs to do the finger prick stuff for you whilst you look away? If you did end up needing trt the actual treatment rarely draws blood. Blood tests every 6 months, I’m sure you’d get used to it.
I’m gonna have another go this weekend. I really think I might have an issue. The only other thing to do is get a nurse to take bloods. But BLEGH. even worse.

was due a 1x3 and I wanted 85. I loaded 87.5 by mistake. Got 2. Maybe 3 was in there but it woud have been grindly. So I skipped it.
2x 3 with 60 - after the 87.5 I had a bit of pain
2x 3 with 70 easy enough.
Close grip floor press
5x5 with 90kg.
I;ve not done pure bench for a while but I feel 90kg close grip is good. I also added chains to set 2 and 3. For fun

I find it a bit odd that I manage more single arm than joint. BUT I guess thats just a thing.
@T3hPwnisher enlighten me. Whats a good time for “grace with an axle”. I’m minded to give it a go and having a bench mark helps keep me honest.
If you look up the WOD on crossfit sites, they’ll give you scales for it. I always endeavor for a sub 3 minute time. That, to me, means my fitness is where I need it to be.
DE dead lift today
Start with a cardio work out:
160/170kg yoke 20m return and then 4 tire flips. Every 3 mins. for 4 rounds.
10x3 at 110kg - with doubled up chains that add 10kg
Then paused back squats
4x3 at 140kg
RDL
90kg 4x6 - not much weight but I really go for the streach.
Front squats, some banded hammies curl and sit up twists finished it off.
DE seated axle press
40 + red band
Bench 95 4x6 feel like I’ve got a touch more in there.
The rest is fairly academic. Lots of triceps work.
The giant set for the back. Banded pulls, upright rows and fat man pull ups.
Fmpu will be my measure if back strength.

5x5 at 80kg - lighter than normal. But the heavy floor press got to me

Seated press 42,5kg + red band - 6x3 - sets decreasing so weight increasing. This was hard this time
Bench 100kg 4x5 - this feels good. A while back 5x5 was very VERY hard. Doing 4x6 after hard work pressing is a great feeling.

fat man pull ups (9,8,7)
Up right rows 20 reps
