Hello all, I am 36, have been hitting the iron since 13 years old, went to prison for 7 years 3 months, came out at 180lbs. (5’10") I got married, and still kept hitting the iron and went on my first clycle at age 33. Deca/test300 for 16 weeks, no post therepy. Waited 16 weeks and did it again but this time added liquid d-bol and gained about 50 pounds! That was 2 years ago.
I stopped lifting weights for about a year now and I am FAT AS FUCK! I started again now for about a month with plenty of cardio, running and hitting the punching bag…but I want to get back on the shit again.
Problem is, I live in TJ mexico, and since the big bust, everything down here is kinda shady at best. I have no idea what is real and what aint. Second, I am a size junkie, but since I have already got this belly on me, how can I keep my size on my arms and still lose fat>>I have not been able to that yet.
I know I am new here, but if anybody would please recommend some cycles that wont blow my gut up anymore than it is.
By the way, I have been here in Mexico for over 3 years and the 3 times I bought gear at the vet stores, three different ones by the way I was stopped by the mexican cops twice and knew what to look for!!! Of course they cant find shit on an xcon, but I still dont need the headache…I have a few tricks I can pull.
But I know I cant use Deca, I just dont want to be stuck in this rut. I feel like shit, got no energy and sex life sucks for the wife. Personally I have no interest in sex that often, not like her…and I really think I need a boost. Any help would be appreciated,

Honestly, your best bet would to probably start eating clean and hitting the cardio, religously. You will lose some weight leading to some mass, but not much. If you want to lose that gut, you have to start sweating your balls off and lose some body fat, which in most cases will make you appear more “bigger”. Now, I’m no expert, but about 45 minutes of cardio a day does wonders for me, without losing any size.

Having been lifting for only a month since you picked back up, I would give it some more time. You’re likely to see muscle memory, plus your running and boxing should give you plenty of fat loss, provided your diet is in check.
I would hone your diet, and give it some time and see what kind of shape you can get into naturally.
Not saying you can’t start back on the juice anytime soon, but I’d take advantage of the muscle memory as much as you can before you juice. Not that I’m one to wait, though.
Just food for thought.
What kind of results have you seen in the past month?

I was just down there last week. IMO the gear down there is crap. It does work but seems underdosed. It seems like it’s watered down or something. Definitely not worth the money or the gas to get down there. You live there but what’s with all the cop action? If I were you I would just concentrate on cardio and diet like the other fellows are saying.
Id start by cleaning out the diet, adding in cardio sessions and using your normal weight training routine. You will lose some of the size but that will mostly be fat. Thats a bummer about TJ’s current situation. All of Mexico isn’t like that so according to my connects. Id look away from TJ.

get back on a routine diet. as long as you are working out and eating correctly you will lose a good amount of weight rather quickly. as far as being in a rut… your only 1 month in, how can you have hit a rut already?
Thanks fellas for the advice, Im in a rut because as you all know, when you got alittle size…more than most people, you get the obvious respect and the questions and crap like that, which I REALLY miss. Now, I get the “how the fuck did you get so fat?” OR “Youre really lifting weights?”. WTF!! I’ve stabbed people in prison for much less/lol…
I am 36 now, and I am telling you all, it aint freaken easy. Now I know what the fat people go thru cuz it aint nothin nice. Gaining weight is real easy, and sculpting your body is fun to do, but when you cant see your fuckin body because it looks like a blobby mess its alittle discouraging.
I will wait for the juice, I need to be in good cardiovascular shape before I hit them again. Thank you for that.
Also, to address the situation with the cops down here in TJ, everything on that fucked up street (Revolution) is OWNED by the cops and the local mob…no joke fellas, its like the 1920’s down here. These shop owners all pay “rent” to the beat cops and the mob. The shop owners tip the cops off to americans who buy from them if there is a beat cop nearby, and they are usually at every corner of the street.
One of them dont do that, and that is the one called “El Toro”, but his products are really fucken shady, labels barely on shit mis-spelled, still selling denkall and brovell? Come on. And the pharmacies are expensive as shit! They only sell Deca in 50mg doses in the rediject…I will be a pin cusion in 2 days! The situation is real grim down here, they used to have liquid d-bol, get a big ass jug of the shit for 50 bucks, it would last me 40 days! Of course they dont make it anymore.
Well I dont know about losing the fat in no time, but I am going to do it. I have a friend down here who went to a homeopathic doctor who gave him a bunch of “medicine” herbal crap, that told him he dont even need to excersize and he will lose about 60 pounds!! I told him his witchdoctor is on crack that there aint no possible way that is going to happen…it just dont work like that.
He has already lost 20pounds in about 3 weeks and looks pretty good, I explained to him what is REALLY happenening and that his diet is shit. I’ve been trying to get him to my house to hit the iron but he aint havin it. I aint wasting my time in bullcrap. I wasted hundreds of dollars when I was a kid on all the supplements and had absolutely no results at all.
Some people have to learn all on their own…
Back to the topic, to respond to 5.0, the time I did in prison and a diet really isnt the issue. I ate like a pig in prison, I had access to tons of food as did a handfull of others on the various yards I was in. In fact I have a freind who lives a few blocks away from me now who I did time with back in 1998, and we had this very conversation…what was different??
We ate all the time but was in great shape! The differece was, when we went to “work” or school, afterwards at 3:00pm EVERY DAY we were doing 100-300 pushups or dips and pullups…at 7:00pm at yard time we would do the same thing, every single day. The differece is we were so much more active then and now, we work all day long and just hit the iron for about an hour, and hit the bag or jog, but its just not enough.
The majority of us out here will suppose we are tired or run down at the end of our work day, and after the workout session watch tv or whatever…
inside, we were always at the ready for the next riot or race war that was about to jump off or be ready for that guy who you need to tune up and always be on top…we dont need to worry about that out here and I find that it makes me lazy…
So, my determination is to get back to that mindset and be much more active, im already excersizing 2 times per day, morning and afternoon, but FUCK the couch, its time to get back to that soldier mentality.
