I came here in November last year looking for some guidance on how to get strong and into shape. I did not know how to settle in on a routine and was all over the place. really not necessary. Take your time on one main big lift of the day to push hard and hit PRS and then burn through the rest at a decent clip 45-60 secs rest between sets/supersets etc getting a big pump
