ive been working out seriously 3 or 4 days a week since middle to late january my weight then was 130lbs and i think i was around 5’9 or 5’8 my bench was around 80 lbs currently its at 110 now and im 5’10 and 146 lbs im definetly not fat i feel like i was just alot more skinnier before
