Improved post, high shbg, high total testosterone, lowish free t

Im a 28-year old male. I have bloodtests from the past 2 years. I have been on antidepressants for a year, problems were present before that. I am experiencing low mood , lack of motivation and other issues like low libido and brainfog. I feel like crap most of the time and am irritable. I have been training since 18 years old with fluctuating progress.

Thanks in advance for the answers, any advice what next? So far I have tried using boron and some other supplements. I have tried being on a calorie surplus. I am 172cm 72kg, around 16% bodyfat. Sleep could be better, but most nights I need to sleep around 9 hours. I drink only a few times a year. I strength train 4 times a week using 5/3/1 bbb program at the moment.
