I’m 5’9", 5’10" in shoes. Most of my close buddies are between 6’2" and 6’4". I never really think about it, but sometimes we’ll be standing close to one another and it hits me: Shit, I’m pretty short. I can still dunk a basketball though so fuck you.

Taller guys are more intimidating in general. But the shitty part about being tall is you have a lot more frame to fill out to actually look like you lift weights. 18" arms on a 5’5" guy look very big. On someone over 6’, not so much.
I was 6ft by the time I turned 14. I was sure I’d end up 6’4" by the time I graduated high school. Unfortunately, I never grew another inch. If could to choose a height to be, it’d be 6’4.
