Hello Coach,
Calves and feet don’t get much attention in training but what’s your view on their significance for athletic endeavors? Do you think one misses out by not training them at all from a performance/ injury perspective?
I’ve been hearing a lot about barefoot training for feet health (which apparently can affect everything else in return like hips or knees) and as someone who suffered a lot from ankle sprains, wanted to hear your thoughts about it.
