Best Workout Plan - Why Limited Calf Training?

Wondering why there’s such little calf work in the program, and does it increase moving forward? (part 2)

Coach is not a big fan of calf works and only inludes it for competitors who really need it.

If you’re recovery is good, I’m sure you can add some within reason, as it has very little systemic impact

I think he has also said in the past that he’s never really trained his calves because they’ve always responded to other leg training.

Normally I don’t even have calves work in any of my programs. In my whole career I think I used calf exercises with 2 clients.
