Hey, Dom! No a Crossfit opened up next door to me that has open gym hours so I started training there. Saved me almost $50 a month in gas lol. They have an awesome facility. I’m down to meet up at Iron Sport for a mock meet, though!

A) Deadlift
(506 x 5) x 3 these were really easy. Going to work up to 5 x 5 before adding weight

B) Paused Bench
225 x 3
255 x 3
275 x 2
295 x 2
315 x 1
335 x 1 x 2
345 x 1
^Heaviest I’ve gone since my competition but it was easy. Might be good for 375-385 on a good day I think

Just logging the highlights of my training this week real quick:

Squat: 390 x 5 x 3 volume PR
Bench: 300 x 5 x 4 all paused, volume PR

A) Deadlift
544 x 2 x 3
544 x 3

Finished with GHRs, hammer curls, and stuff. Picking a very boring plan and sticking with it is working. Who knew?
