185 x 5, 225 x 4
250 x 3 x 2
260 x 3 x 4
260 x 6 PR and the last rep was paused.
B) Squat
225 x 5
275 x 5 x 2
320 x 5 x 5
Omg Iām out of shape lol
C) Bench
185 x 5
215 x 5
250 x 4 x 4
D) DB Flyes
25 x 10 x 5
E) Good Morning
135 x 5 x 5
I donāt think Iāll be doing these anymore. Iāve never liked the movement but gave it a try and itās just not for me.
NOTES: I felt really great today. The session started out slow but got better into the first round of benching. Squats felt great and strong but I was getting winded near the end. I havenāt really done multiple heavy sets over 3 reps in a while but it felt really good.
u fat
firstfag
I disliked the GM part of the program as well.
Are you doing 29-37-32? And are you adding in a back/sexy day or is it all fat PL?
Now I totally wanna get back on the Sheiko train lol.
@justice: u jelly . . . . and fat ![]()
@spar4tee: first friend, because Justice is just a hater
@samoth: I actually did some back extensions for higher reps and prefer that much more (sometimes I change up an exercise on the last set or two but donāt write it in my log because Iām lazy lol).
I have no idea which order Iām doing them in tbh lol. Yours sounds like a good idea, though.
You should do it!!

I did back extensions for the majority of my workouts as well. With a fixed bar in my hands and a nice squeeze at the top they hit my hams amazingly.
The 29-37-32 was what I was suggested by Carlos and seems to be the āstandardā way of doing things. It obviously wouldnāt work if you have a meet in 4 months though.
The extra day was an idea I stole from one of Denmarkās top lifters and would definitely help keep things interesting since the lack of direct back/shoulder/bis was something I missed.
Iām seriously considering it since I really donāt feel Iāve been getting stronger in squat/bench for quite a while and they progressed nicely when doing Sheiko.
Awesome job at the meet, those are insane numbers!
Congrats on your first meet, Iām sure youāll be blasting past those weights in no time!
Oh and thanks for adding the music to your vids, I like finding new stuff and just bought Megalithic Symphony thanks to you.
Do not smile at me, Private Lion. I shall nawt be hypnotized by your aesthetic charisma.

I think I may do 29-37-CMS because I do not feel like doing a mock meet (or 2?) this soon after a meet and possibly even that close to another meet at the end of the year ![]()
I feel like my squats are going to benefit a lot from Sheiko. They already felt on fire on Monday.
@Molikeye: Thanks, man! Time to get strong.
@Lift and Eat: Thanks! I have a feeling Sheiko is going to do good things for my total.
That is a great album! Every song sounds like it could be a hit single. Those guys rock.
Yesterday
This was a very meh session, as it was an unexpected long day outside at work. I hit a few cheap PRs, but deadlifts were much slower than I would have liked them to be. I stoped a few sets early on the last round, because form was going to complete rap and at that point I knew I was doing more harm than good.
A) Deadlift
315 x 5
365 x 5 x 2
430 x 4 x 2
460 x 3 x 2
460 x 5
460 x 3
B) Incline Bench
225 x 4 x 5
225 x 6 PR but only because I havenāt done them in forever. Pretty easy
C) Weighted Dips
45 x 5
55 x 5
70 x 5
90 x 5
100 x 6 PR Iām pretty sure
D) Deadlift
315 x 4
365 x 4
425 x 4 x 2
I did these beltless but was pretty fried at this point so I called it.
E) Single Leg Leg Press
5 x 5
F) Decline Situps
10 x 3
Just came in to let you know that you are overtraining.

You are trainingover
Back
60 minutes pre: 6 caps Indigo
pre/during: 2 scoops Anaconda, 5g creatine
60 minutes post: 2 scoops MAG-10
A) Weighted Chins
BW x 5
25 x 5
50 x 5
70 x 3
85 x 3
100 x 4, Iām not sure Iāll count the 5th one as I kipped a little at the top
B) Meadows Stretchers
70 x 15
90 x 12 x 2
105 x 12
C) HS Pulldown
4 x 12
D) DB Partial Pullovers (reps were done at a slow pace in the last ROM when the DB is close to the ground)
70 x 3 x 8-12
E) Straight-Arm Pulldowns
80 x 8-12 x 3
The last set turned into a mechanical dropset of a lat pulldown
F) Underhand Pulldowns
135 x 12 x 2
NOTES: I decided to remove biceps and just dedicate the day to back from now on. Whenever I get to biceps after working back, Iām pretty exhausted and the quality of work always suffers. I think I will be doing shoulder and arms together from now on as a 5th bonus day on Sheiko.

Yeh for sure, I was just gonna download a couple of tracks but then I listened to the others and thought Iād best get the whole thing!
Strong dipping/pullups. That incline bench looked very easy for you indeed!
