League Game - 1 hour

Won 7-4. I always ended up having to play against the two guys who are 8-10 inches taller then me. That was challenging.

In other news, I got carded for buying beer. The cashier thought I looked under 40, lol.

20170316 - Hockey

Skating Lessons - 1 hour
Wednesday Night Men’s skate - 1 hour.

These are now back to back, no one and a half hour gap between them because youth hockey is over with.

Typical night of some good passes and defensive plays, several shots on net, but no goals. My playing is improving, but still a lot of work to do.

20170316 - Hockey

League game - 1 hour

Ugly game against the #2 team. We scored the first goal 30 seconds in, then they scored 8 goals by the end of the second period. Ended up a 4-9 loss.

Right knee is back to hurting again, need to ice it down more during the day. Hopefully a day off till squats on Saturday morning will help.

20170319 - Hockey

Sunday Night Skate - 1 hour

Knees were hurting all weekend. Manned up and went to the skate.

Couldn’t catch a pass for anything for the first half, but finished with a nice top self goal which ended up being the last goal of the scrimmage.

Lost 2-6, just couldn’t get the puck in the back of the net.

Didn’t feel the knees too much because my right hammie decided it was going to hurt all day.

Fortunately, horse lineament works on other parts of me besides me knee, lol.

Knees just ached. Only good thing is I got to try out a new free stick given to me by one of my hockey buddies. Has a bit more snap to it when I launch a puck.

Dropped the percentage on the accessory work. I need to move my workouts to early morning and go back to a 4 day routine. This will help with getting me back down to the 185-190 lb range.

That should help the knees, and help me speed up in hockey.
