20161221 - Hockey
Wednesday Night Men’s skate - 1.5 hours
Lot’s of bodies, full benches.
Made a few good passes, one bad pass.
Not really any chances on net, black bench was not producing tonight.
Right knee was ok till the end, then went south.

29161222 - Hockey
League game - 1 hour
Lost 3-7.
Team had plenty of opportunities to score, just couldn’t get it past their goalie.
I kept lining up with a guy at least 8 inches taller then me and maybe another 60 lbs in weight.
That usually didn’t end up well for me. I told him at one face off he was hard to move, which made him laugh.
No lifting in the last week to report.
Bad cold, car issues, crap going on in life has placed it on a temp hold.
Plan to restart the last 531 cycle here this next week.
2017 will be a year full of PR’s.

League Hockey - 2 hours
Showed up early and teams were short, so I played in the game before my scheduled game.
Lost both games, but I got in a lot of skating.
Knee felt pretty good throughout.

Still coughing up crap out of my lungs. No cardio capacity whatsoever.
20161229 - Hockey
League Game - 1 hour
Played the Number 2 team in the league. Very fast, physical game, lost 5-6.
I scored the 2nd and the 4th goals in the game.
Lungs were better then the night before, still coughing up stuff. Right knee is still problematic but no issues during the game.
Awww… hope you get better soon.
