Xen has contributed a good deal to the forum, and as far as I can recall, has never downed anyone on any of the forums with regard to their goals.

'Irish has also contributed a majority of positive input, has helped several members, and always generates an interesting and on-topic (well, usually) discussion.

Quin, buddy, compadre, dude; You haven’t contributed a single positive thing to any of the sub-forums of the Nation. And with this thread, have served only to re-emphasize the immature, bravado-driven idea too many people have of those who compete in MMA, those who utilize aspects of it’s training paradigm, and the fans of the sport.

First word in this sub-forum’s name is Combat, true. The second is Sport. How’sabout you be a good one?
