Wow thats weird after a Dynamic day I always feel AWESOME!! My Dynamic day:

Jumps pick 1 form and do 5x3.
Box squats 50% 5x3
speed pulls 70% 3x2
Ghr bwx5x5
Kbell swings 5x10 each arm
Some calves and abs.

I always do jumps first to warm up and to reinforce myself to work for speed. Sometimes we do them in between the barbell lifts.
