Here’s the daily diet I stole from crewpiece’s clinic thread. According to him, this diet offers 300+ grams of protein with around 3100 calories:
Breakfast-
1 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries
2 oranges
2 scoop Metabolic Drive
4 Flameout
2 BETA-7
Snack-
1 Scoop Metabolic Drive
Lunch-
8oz chicken
1 cup celery
1 cup yams
1 scoop Metabolic Drive
Snack-
20 shrimp
1 cup broccoli (out of cucumber)
1 tablespoon Mac. Oil
Snack-
same as before but with
2 BETA-7
15min Pre-Workout
Start sipping SURGE Workout Fuel
5 BCAA Caps
Workout:
SURGE Workout Fuel
15 BCAA caps
Post-Workout
4 scoops SURGE Recovery
2 oranges
Dinner-
8oz Salmon
1 cup yams
1 cup broccoli
1 tomato
Pre-Bed
2 Scoops Metabolic Drive

Now if I began to follow this I wouldn’t have al the Biotest supplements. I would simply use a protein powder and also take about 30g fishoil a day.
What say ye?
the Biotest supplements prbly make up about 1000 calories minimum or more in that diet…
protein powder will not solve all those gaps.

Definitely on the right track. It’s easy, perhaps, to replace Metabolic Drive with your favorite protein powder. The additional fish oil will help make up the fat content too (not to mention how awesome fish oil is) However SURGE Workout Fuel and SURGE Recovery are a lot harder to replace. But in order for this diet to be really effective, you’ll have to consume those calories somehow.
While I love T-Nation, as a starving student I can’t afford to order any MORE supplements until next month. So I’m playing the replace game as well. Currently for during workout I’m taking a creatine product, and for post workout I’m doing whey isolate, fruit, and apple juice. I know it’s not perfect, but it’s the best I can do for now.
And heck, it’s working.
Now go buy some Biotest and pay to keep this site running.
