BTW, how do you handle all the pre/post workout drinks. I saw you have surge, vendetta, and relentless. . also ICE which is to be taken pre/during workout.
I ask because I have ICE and surge. I ahve been taking the ICE immediately before lifting and the surge during/after lifting. But the ICE is good stuff, thanks for recommending it.

I use ICE or Vendetta pre-workout and Surge/Relentless post workout. I donāt take anything during the workout, as it just doesnāt work for me.
Besides, I look forward to the post-workout shake when Iām finished lifting. Itās almost a reward for hitting it hard!
Iām not rich, but I will buy a bunch of supplements in bulk in order to save money in the long run. There are āspecial dealsā out there where you can save big bucks on supplements and it makes it well worth purchasing in larger quantities.

Typically, my supplement cabinet is only filled with Surge and Grow. Those are my staples (besides vitamins/minerals, fish oil caps).
I just happen to have extra since Iām back on a six-week 4adec cycle, and I also wanted to try Vendetta, and the ICE always comes in handy and lasts a long time.
