Holy fuck I did the same again. Fucking hell.
Today was a good kinda relaxed day, hit calories, almost hit protein and has some tasty ice cream.
Breakfast
Turkey bacon and low fat cheese wrap
Coffee with milk
Lunch/Dinner
Wholemeal pitta pizzas with honey ham, tomatoes and low fat cheese
Bag of mixed veggies
Snack with films
2 skinny cow ice creams
Hit my calories today had 12 left over. Just under my protein goal.
I had the following:
Breakfast
Turkey bacon and cheese wrap
coffee
Lunch
Pitta pizza’s
Bowl of frozen veggies 2 x steam bags
Snack
Very small piece of birthday cake which took up far too any calories for the two bites I got out of it.
Snack
Protein shake
I have just altered my calories to 1400 kcal and will keep those until I start my 5/3/1 routine and up calories.
I weighed myself this morning after waking up and peeing. I weighed 188lbs.
It has been around 2 weeks since I added carbs back in so I will have gained most the water weight I had lost doing low carb initially. I am pretty happy with that weight. Because last night I dropped my calories from 1534kcal to 1400kcal I am hoping I can lose quite a few pounds this week too.
