IGF-1 For and Against, Where Do You Stand?

Good strength gains while on it, lost 99% of it after it.

No increase in muscle due to it IMO

Increased hunger, yet lost some BF (I was an eating MACHINE)

Increase recovery rate. Helped heal my back and I was never sore.

I would suggest it to help rehab an injury but other than that I don’t think I would go for it.

LMAO, guys which part of “Having said that, I don’t rate IGF1 myself, from personal experience. GH yes, IGF1 no.”

Doesn’t suggest that I have used IGF1 before?

Bushy

I’m not into riddles mate.

Sorry I couldn’t figure that one out.

If you can’t drop any more info on it, then thanks for your contribution Bushy.
I had asked you some other questions on it, did you just skip over those to get to this witty retort or what mang?

Jeezphukingwhiz,

ToneBone

Eh?

Fine, since you can’t seem to interpret simple text, I’ll shut up.

Bushy

Cmon bush, I’m sorry if the way I worded that was inappropriate. I wasn’t trying to offend you at all. I was half serious/half joking with you.

It wasn’t clear to me, or lilguy for that matter.

Sorry to piss you off man.

You didn’t piss me off mate. I’m an adult. It takes a little more than this to get me humpty with an old friend

I was just truly puzzled by your seeming total lack of comprehension, that’s all.

Anyway, I think we’ll put it down to some cross-pond miscommunication, since both Test’bol and I got it and both you and Lillguy didn’t.

Yeah that’s what I was thinking too.
Thanks mate.

Thanks Crew,

I can’t remember, were you shooting IM bilaterally, or subq?
I’m still trying to figure out if one way is better than the other if I’m looking for the increased recovery bonus.

IM Bilaterally. From my research I didn’t think subq would have worked as well.

I used IGF twice during rehab phases…once for recovery from a shoulder surgery (clacicle resection)…and once for a torn achilles…I found IGF to be of help when rehabing the torn Achilles…not a miracle worker…but def. noticed faster rate of improvement when I added it in…didn’t notice anything for the shoulder…

I think IGF, much like pegmgf, and ghrp6 are just very expensive placebos.

I have used IGF on several occasions, and other than a slight increase in appetite, and a slightly more fat loss - I saw no real benefits from it.

From what I have read, the real effects of IGF take a long time to see.
