Iffy Physique Picture

I was actually calling shannagans on all his lifts, I don’t care if your afraid of maxing theres no way in hell you could only do 215 unless you

A. have no lowerback and legs
B. are lying about your lifts wich is retarded.
C. You need to put some weight on the bar and fucking deadlift.

Brilliant, and what direction are you currently headed?
So if I understand you correctly, you are actually really jacked (in real life/your head), but you just dug up a pic that shows you as skinny, to stir up the crowd and give you additional motivation?
In any case, I think the 215 pound dead is a typo…or maybe the other two are!

NAY, not when you claim to be bigger but post a picture where you are really small. Then you claim that its a old pic then you have to lie about your lifts ANYONE CAN PULL OVER 215, especially if they can squat 250.

He would’ve gotten a break if he labeled that picture “THEN” and promised to post an “NOW” pic in a year or so.

That coupled with his “Should I Quit (weight training)” thread really sealed the deal for us all.

Something about this just seems wrong. You get a bad picture of yourself…it seems like the kind of person who would start a “Should I Quit Thread” would have a very pompous self-image. He considers himself a jack of all trades and can do anything effortlessly, then once he comes up against any kind of struggle or hardship, he calls it quits, as his superhuman powers don’t quite sync up with this challenge. It’s not worth his time. Soapbox, anyone?

Wolverine,

You look like this kid I see at the RIT weight room from time to time, lifting about the same weight. Is that you?

Dude, if it’s you… ask that skinny white kid Steve that’s always there to teach you how to be all skinny and still pull 3.5x your body weight. Thanks.

It looks like youve definitely made some gains in your side burns.

i know that some X-Men are born with their powers, while others weren’t. Wolverine, is there any way that I could join the X-Men?

The pictures are from the same time from the “Should I Quit” thread. I’ve made gains. Gained some muscle, strength and body fat.
Keep working Bro, you’ll get there!
Professor X wrote:
That should have been evident from that first ridiculous thread about him quitting. Strangely, you had post after post trying to act like they were all paid motivational speakers and it all just sounded corny and useless.

I thought that there may have been hope as he was so young and naive but I fear you may be right.

Oh well.

Why did this get bumped? Where’s my tackle box of annoyed rants? I could have sworn I left it somewhere around here…

Regarding motivation, anonymous strangers giving you flack is no kind of pump up. RRJC posted an unbelievable article about a man who stays in shape to compete with his handicapped son. He says he uses that for motivation and it seems to me like just the thing. I’m sure if you PM him, he’ll give it to you.

Or you could just like to lift weights. That seems to work.

The OP’s last login was over 18 months ago. Do you really think he is still following this thread?

Better question, do you really think he’s still lifting? I’m going to go with no.

Its turned into a photo-related advice forum.

To the OP, for having a join date of '07, you should have known to put a little more effort into your post, but when you said you deliberately did it to get motivated, well, I uh, hope it worked… cause you need it.
