…what would they be, and why?
Any, but a quadriplegic. I have a feeling that they can’t wash regularly.
I apologize in advance for the previous post. I can’t help it, I have Virtual Tourettes Syndrome.
Tomatoes - There are very few foods that don’t taste better with some form of tomato on it.
Broccoli - It just tastes so damn good.
Corn - Love it right outa the can, or roasted on the cob. And it provides a handy indicator of GI function.
Good one, D.N.!
Hmmm, only three? Man, that’s tough since I pretty much like them all.
Gotta be cauliflower, broccoli, and spinach. Why? Because they taste great, and are good for you. Oh, gotta have my fresh corn on the cob in the summertime. And fresh peas, green beans, tomatoes - right off the vine!
Screw it. I love 'em all.
Corn - Popcorn is made from this!
Asparagus - Makes my urine smell and makes me believe that I am in ketosis
Tomato - It suffers from an Identity crisis. I tend to root for the underdog/misunderstood. It’s actually classified as a fruit since it contains seeds
Hard to say, I love so many veggies. These make up the majority of my veggie consumption, and I eat many more than what is listed.
Potatoes (Sweet and Idaho)
Spinach (fresh only)
Corn on the Cob (gotta be fresh)
Brocolli (fresh or frozen)
Asparagus (fresh)
Tomatoes (for health purposes, I can’t eat them alone).
Brussell Sprouts (they’re good!)
Sweet peas (fresh or frozen)
Carrots (fresh only)
Zuchini (fresh only)
Green Beans (fresh only)
And many more! I’ll eat almost all veggies.
sweet potatoes, kale, and broccoli. These are some of the most nutrient dense veggies.
Spinach-Tastes good drenched in Tabasco sauce and flaxseed oil.
Broccoli and cauliflower-Cheap and convenient.
All three-nutrient dense.
Broccoli: I never get sick of it.
Brussel Sprouts: Very filling.
Cabbage: I love it.
Also, spinach is a must for it’s versatility.
Broccoli - it’s just sooo good, especially with calorie free ranch dressing
Corn - you can mix it with mashed potatoes and that is GREAT!! Plus, it’s summer, corn on the cob is a staple
Carrots - another good one with calorie free ranch. Plus it’s orange, which means good phytochemicals and antioxidants.
Carrots can eat them raw or cooked and they help you see in the dark.
Corn kernals a staple in da house.
Broccoli another staple here and can eat raw or cooked.
Honourable mentions go to cauliflower, tomatos and cabbage.
Woah, almost everyone mentioned broccoli!!
Is there something special or magical about broccoli? Or is it the most nutritious vegetable or what?

Only 3? No can do, man. Broccoli, zucchini/yellow summer squash, carrots, cauliflower, red/yellow/green/poblano peppers, tomatoes, yams, fresh spinach.
