I can answer that though. It’s the middle one. 
I’m doing concrete engineering right now. I think it’s pretty badass. Tons of heavy lifting, and rolling around to construction sites in my F-350. It is pretty much ruining my physique though.

Scientist! Like a physicist or a mathematician. That stuff advances human knowledge and you know you’re doing something MUCH bigger than in any other job. You’re not just going through the motions wasting your time serving others or getting caught up in earthly concerns like money (pfft), what you’re doing is bigger than humanity and it will leave a mark in history. If you’re good that is. 
Oh yeah, and you can invent new superweapons. How awesome is that?
