I am going to start doing this pre breakfast shake. Sounds like a good idea to get some extra protein in to make sure I get enough in at breakfast.

thanks a lot, im going to start this as well

I’ve been eating eggs everyday for basically 18 months and it’s starting to wear on me. I’m having trouble getting them down. Thinking cutting them out of my diet for 6 weeks. Anyone else eat eggs in a cyclical manner?

Is that right? You’re getting 133 grams of protein at breakfast?

Normally it’s closer to 140g. I was running low on egg whites that day.

I find the more protein i have before i lift, the more energy i have. Yesterday i had 8 eggs, whole milk for breakfast. Then 2 t-bone steaks and 1lb of hamburger for lunch, i feel real strong whenever i have a lot to eat beforehand.

How many meals are you eating a day? That seems like overkill man. You could halve that and be just fine.

Typical day of eating… Add about 200 cals to this, I dont log veggies I had a couple salads with dressing.

I have an extremely high protein breakfast just to make it easier to get my protein in for the rest of the day.

So you’re getting 140g a day, not just at breakfast, right? That makes more sense.

For dieting, ditch the jelly

I’m about to try the whole raw egg thing. going to start with 8.

1 carton egg whites
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup quick oats
3tb almonds ground

all whipped in the blender and drank down!!! yeah “drank” down lol

Whey

Gluten Free Pancakes (88 grams of carbs worth…no syrup)

Egg

Unsweetened almond milk

Generally I eat

Either 6 whole eggs with spinach and tomatoes scrambled in, sometimes ham and cheese added too
Then some nesquick and oatmeal cold
Drink about a quart of gatorade with it…

Or if I eat at the dining hall at school I will have
3-4 omlets (2 ish egg omlets…) with spinach, tomato, ham, cheese, mushrooms
Them some fruit

I like being a powerlifter
