Ian King's Get Buffed, 12 week training program?

For those who have read King’s Get Biffed book. Has anyone tried the 12 week training program @ the end?
What are your comments?
Or has anyone who hasn’t read the book tried or heard anything about this 12 weeker?

Great program, but it takes patience to stick with it. The first block is all very light loading and unilateral work. I just got bored in the first couple of weeks because I like to lift heavy.

Do you know what the focus of the program was? Usually King has a goal in mind with his programs. ie. Great Guns… bigger arms. ie. Super strength…, bigger upper body etc…
What was the intent with this program?
What would you rate it 1-10?

The primary focus of this and all other Ian King programs is hypertrophy. It also focuses on bringing up your weaknesses ie…left arm weaker than the right. I liked the Get Big and Get Strong portions of the get back in shape series better. But get buffed is a well designed program that you will see great results with if you stick it all the way through.
